To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront › Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
Any order returned due to incorrect address or the customer not needing it, will be issued a store credit, minus the original shipping paid to send the order to you. All returned orders will incur a 20% restocking charge.

Store credits are issued on all returns, unless return is due to shippers' error.
If you have an issue with receiving an order, you must contact us within 7 days. All packages are tracked. After 30 days no refund will be given on any missing orders. Tracking from USPS stays online for only a limited amount of time. It is customer's responsibility to check on missing packages within a timely manner. No exceptions will be made.
You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All items ship from Massachusetts and orders delivering to addresses in Massachusetts will incur state tax.
We are not responsible for items that are shipped and shown as DELIVERED on a USPS scan, that you have not received. Your first option is to take the tracking # each item is provided with and check with your local post office. If it was sent priority mail you can try to claim with USPS yourself. It is up to you to provide a safe address to have your package delivered to, to ensure delivery. If you do not live in an area that can be trusted, you can request to put a delivery signature request on your packages for an extra cost.
If you need a credit, due to forgetting to put a coupon code in, it will be given to you in the form of a store gift certificate, no exceptions.
Matching Discounts of Other Stores
If I am asked to match another store's discount, the matching discount percentage off will be given to you in the form of a gift certificate to the store. Credits will not be given for matched discounts.
