Heaven GLEAM glitter cream
This was my first purchase of cosmetic glitter back in 2019. But I bought it in gel base and struggled with how best to use it. I loved it though and decided to bring the mix into the 2020s with me. It’s a lovely mixture if you need something all-purpose. It doesn’t black light however so you will only see a faint glistening of this products reflection under black lights. But not every event calls for black lights!
